Jamie Laval Concert at the Clemens' Home Saturday, Jan 21

Mark and Bethli Clemens are pleased to present violinist/fiddler Jamie Laval and harpist Liv Castor in an intimate living room concert.

The event will mark the premiere of several of Jamie's newest compositions written in a Celtic style, along with a fresh take on traditional Scottish and Irish favorites featuring the sonorous tones of the small-but-mighty Celtic harp.

Jamie is well established in North Carolina as a top virtuoso and faithful torch bearer of traditional folk music from the British Isles. Joining Jamie is a marvelous newcomer to the scene, Celtic harpist Liv Castor, from Philadelphia. In 2019, Liv graduated with distinction from the Peabody Conservatory of Music and has since been turning heads with her strikingly original style and nuanced understanding of British Isles and baroque music.

Doors open at 6:30 PM, concert at 7:00 PM. You are welcome to bring a snack to share, and beverages of your choice for your own consumption. Water and glasses will be available.
